HPA Medical is a direct-pay membership service and is not health insurance. It is designed to provide convenient, acute care for appropriate, non-emergency medical needs and is not intended to replace your primary care provider, specialists, or emergency care when those services are needed. HPA Medical does not offer chronic disease management, pain management, mental health care or obstetrical care. Emergency or life-threatening conditions should be evaluated in an emergency department. Children under 6 months of age are not eligible for membership.
