What We Treat

Additional Services & Fees
(Certain services may involve an additional charge)

  • IV fluids and associated supplies when clinically appropriate.

  • Travel outside the standard HPA Medical service area

  • Certain oral medications or injectable medications supplied directly by HPA Medical

  • Send-out laboratory testing

  • Imaging services

  • Specialist or facility services

  • Any additional charge for care outside of the HPA Medical monthly fee will be discussed in advance whenever possible. Additional, third party or specialist services are billed to you or your insurance by the third party agency itself and not by HPA medical

Potentially serious symptoms — including chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke-like symptoms, major trauma, or other life-threatening concerns — require immediate emergency evaluation and are outside the scope of HPA Medical.

  • Services requiring advanced imaging, procedures, or resources not available through HPA Medical

  • When a concern falls outside the scope of HPA Medical, we will help guide you toward the appropriate next level of care

Access & Service Area

Service Hours
Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
HPA Medical provides care by appointment during established service hours, with priority scheduling and same-day or next-day availability whenever possible. HPA Medical does not provide overnight, Sunday, or major-holiday coverage.

Service Area
In-person mobile visits are available within approximately a 15-mile radius of the Lewisville-Clemmons Road/US-421 area, including portions of Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville, and surrounding communities. Travel beyond the standard service area may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to a $50 travel fee.

Additional family members after the second

Eligible household members include a spouse or dependent child through age 25 living in the same household.
